Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• By using Bible Reels, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer

Bible Reels provides Bible video content, quizzes, and learning tools for personal spiritual growth and education.

The Service and any information you receive through it:

• Are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental health, crisis intervention, emergency, legal, financial, or professional pastoral counseling.
• Should not be relied on in an emergency or crisis situation. If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or appropriate crisis hotlines immediately.

3. Use of the Service

Personal, Non-Commercial Use

The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to distribute or rebroadcast reels publicly or commercially, including posting full content to other platforms without our written permission.
• Use the Service to encourage or engage in unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or rights of others.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Record, copy, download, or archive reels or quizzes except as expressly permitted by the Service interface.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain source code of the Service.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or created a safety, legal, or abuse risk.

4. User Accounts

Registration and Information

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing an email address, password, and onboarding information such as your reason for studying the Bible and your daily learning goal.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account information up to date.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account (whether or not you authorized it).

If you suspect your account has been compromised, you should change your password and contact us promptly at contact@vivadios.dev.

Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time through the “My” page in the app or website, or by contacting us.
• Deleting your account ends access to the Service but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any subscription charges already paid, except where required by applicable App Store or payment provider policies.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Ownership

All reels, videos, quizzes, graphics, text, and other content in the Service (the “Content”) are owned by or licensed to Viva Dios Labs, except for third-party content provided under license.

This includes:

• Bible Reels video and audio content.
• Quiz questions and learning materials.
• Visual design and user interface elements.

We use the World English Bible (WEB) translation for scripture content, which is an open-source translation; its copyright and licensing terms apply to the biblical text itself.

License to You

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream the Content solely for personal use through the Service.

You may not:

• Copy, record, download, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, distribute, or publicly display Content except where the Service clearly allows sharing (for example, a share button for a link or preview).
• Use Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

User Content

Bible Reels currently does not offer features for user-generated content such as comments, journals, prayers, or community posts. Your quiz responses and usage data remain part of your learning activity and are not published as public content.

6. AI and Future Features

The current version of Bible Reels focuses on curated Bible reels and quizzes and does not include AI-driven chat or companion features.

If we introduce AI features in the future:

• They may be governed by additional or updated terms.
• You will be interacting with an AI system, not a human, and we will provide clear notices about how AI-generated content should be used.

7. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Bible Reels offers paid subscriptions that unlock access to more than a thousand Bible reels and related features.

Plans and Trial

• Monthly subscription: $9.99 per month.
• Yearly subscription: $39.99 per year.
• Free trial: 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

Your trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, in accordance with the applicable App Store or payment provider’s policies.

Billing and Payment

• Mobile purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their billing terms, auto-renewal policies, and refund rules.
• Web purchases may be processed by Stripe or similar payment providers.
• Payment will be charged to your App Store account or payment method at confirmation of purchase and on renewal dates as described by the platform. Taxes may be added where applicable.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or payment account settings.
• Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period; you retain access until the end of that period.

Refunds

Except where required by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, or applicable law, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.

If you request a refund through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

• We may share consumption and usage information (for example, whether your subscription was delivered, usage of paid reels, quiz activity, and subscription tenure) with Apple or Google to help them evaluate refund requests.
• Apple, Google, or Stripe will handle such data under their own policies.

Price and Plan Changes

• We may change subscription prices, introduce new plans, or modify included features in the future.
• If we make material changes (including price changes), we will provide advance notice (for example, by email or in-app notification), and you may cancel before the changes take effect.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use Bible Reels.

By using the Service, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. App Store and Platform Terms

Where you download the app or purchase subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Your use of the app must comply with the applicable Store’s terms and policies.
• Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support or maintenance for Bible Reels.
• Viva Dios Labs, Inc. is solely responsible for the app, the Content, and any claims related to the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or other policies.
• Your use creates safety, legal, or abuse risks.
• We discontinue the Service or certain features.

You may stop using Bible Reels or delete your account at any time; deleting your account may result in loss of access to content and data associated with your account.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

• We regularly improve and update the Service.
• We may add, modify, or remove features and functionality, and may discontinue the Service in whole or in part.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date and may provide notice via email or in-app.
• If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not make any promises or warranties, express or implied, including:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You use Bible Reels at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Viva Dios Labs, Inc. and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid for Bible Reels subscriptions during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that:

• All disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
• You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

15. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe that Content available through Bible Reels infringes your copyright, you may notify us by email at contact@vivadios.dev with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your contact information.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We may remove or disable access to the material and, where appropriate, take further action in accordance with applicable law.

16. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our consent; we may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or other corporate transaction.
